Failed Christmas present

I ordered it a week before Christmas. I checked the tracking the day before Christmas and it has not even been shipped!!! I reached out to customer service and they simply said that they will ship it on December 26. I just checked the tracking and it is still has not been shipped. Hopefully, they will stand by their promise to ship it today. It was supposed to be a Christmas present, very dissappointed.

Buyer beware

I didn’t receive my full order and I’ve emailed the company 3 times and provided my phone number requesting someone call me with zero response! I spent almost $350 on products and didn’t even receive half of my order. These were to be Christmas presents that I was unable to send. I will never order from Chella again. If I could leave a zero review, I would. Buyer beware!!!
