Chella is made from 3 ingredients; walnuts, fruit juice, wheat flour and nothing more! We make it by coating a string of walnuts in a thick, sweet layer of fruit juice. These simple ingredients ensure that our Chella are all vegan & preservative-free. Its texture is similar to a traditional Turkish Delight.

We are a small business located in Vancouver B.C. that is trying to bring vegan sweets from our home country of Georgia to Canada! Our company began in early 2023 and we operate out of farmers markets, small bakeries and cafés in the Greater Vancouver region. We always use the most traditional and authentic methods in making our snacks.

Chella will last at least 4 months! After time, the Chella will become more chewy as more water begins to evaporate. This process is what allows the Chella to last for so long without any added preservatives (the natural sugars from the fruits are the preservative).

Our Chella contains 90 kcal and 6g of natural sugars per serving size (20 grams). Every Chella is approximately 80 grams which means a total of 360 kcal and 24 grams of natural sugars in each.
