Our story started with a craving for home. One of our founders, raised on traditional Churchkhela in Georgia, began recreating Grandma‚ recipe after moving to Canada. In 2022, friends couldnt‚ stop asking for more, so Chella‚ was born. Today, we still craft every batch by hand in Vancouver B.C., using local fruit juices like Okanagan apple or B.C. grape to keep it authentic and fresh. From January 2026, we are expanding our craft with a new production facility in the Denver, CO area, bringing Chella closer to our U.S. community.
