They are like fruit leather with walnuts basically. It has more chee tho as its thicker than fruit leather.. only improvement i would suggest is for the mix bundle to somehow identify which fruits. I ate them but i didnt know which i was eating

Tasted ok but generally was a disappointment. Too hard and dry, difficult to chew. I ordered a package of different tastes, all were pretty much the same.
