At Chella FruityNuts, we craft clean-label fruit & nut desserts that blend ancient Georgian heritage with modern snacking. Each treat follows our Chella Formula‚ ‚45 % fruit juice + 45 % whole nuts + 10 % flour and absolutely no added sugars, chemicals, or preservatives.

Handcrafted with Care

Every strand of Churchkhela begins by hand threading whole walnuts or hazelnuts onto cotton twine, dipping them again and again into pure fruit juice until perfectly coated, then air-drying for days. What results is a naturally sweet, chewy rope rich in real fruit flavor ‚no shortcuts, no machinery.

From Georgia to Vancouver‚ and now Longmont, CO

Our story started with a craving for home. One of our founders, raised on traditional Churchkhela in Georgia, began recreating Grandma‚ recipe after moving to Canada. In 2022, friends couldnt‚ stop asking for more, so Chella‚ was born. Today, we still craft every batch by hand in Vancouver B.C., using local fruit juices like Okanagan apple or B.C. grape to keep it authentic and fresh. From January 2026, we are expanding our craft with a new production facility in the Denver, CO area, bringing Chella closer to our U.S. community.
